The Honorable Member, Mr. Naddy Zialor was born on the 14th August 1988.

Hon. Zialor studied at the Primary school of Grand Anse Mahe and then proceeded to Anse Boileau Secondary school. He also spent a year and a half at the National Institute of Education in 2006.

Hon. Zialor worked at the Ministry of Health in the Communication Centre for a period of four years and later joined the private sector in the tourism Industry.

He is known to be an active advocator for the rights of Persons Living with a Disability in Seychelles whereby he has served 3 mandates as a Board Member of the National Council for Persons for the Disabled.

He has been also an active member of the youth community in Seychelles and served as a Board Member for a period of two years. Hon. Zialor was later re-elected as Vice chairperson of the said Board for a period of two years. Further to that, he was a Member of the Seychelles National Youth Assembly as the Deputy Speaker.

Hon. Zialor rejoined the public sector in 2017 as an Employment Officer at the Ministry of Employment.

In October 2020, he became the first person living with a disability to be sworn in the National Assembly as a Proportionately Elected Member of LDS.

Hon. Zialor currently serves as a Member of the House Committee and the Media Youth and Culture Committee.
